The registration fee for CCDI UnConference 2026 is $499. This registration fee covers both days of the conference, March 4 and 5, 2026.

One-year Employer Partners receive a discount code to obtain up to four complimentary passes. Three-year Employer Partners receive a discount code to purchase up to 10 complimentary passes.

CCDI Employer Partners must select the “CCDI Employer Partner Pass” when registering for the event. Your organization’s designated primary contacts who manage the Employer Partner program are emailed a discount code that you must use during the registration process to redeem these passes. If you are not sure who your organization’s primary contacts are, please contact employerpartner@ccdi.ca.

Primary contacts from your organization will receive the discount codes. If the codes were not received by those individuals, please contact your Partner Relations Manager or employerpartner@ccdi.ca.

Along with your discount code for your complimentary passes, there is another code for purchasing additional tickets depending on your agreement level:

  • One-year Employer Partners receive a 15% discount ($499 less 15% discount)
  • Three-year Employer Partners receive a 50% discount ($499 less 50% discount).

This code is sent to your organization’s primary contacts. Please use this code to register for additional passes.

The Early Bird offer is available for a limited time for anyone wishing to experience CCDI UnConference 2026 at a discounted rate of $299. This offer is automatically applied to the Public Pass until the date specified on the registration website. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to this pass. Register early to take advantage of this offer!

To register yourself and/or additional attendees

  1. Visit the CCDI UnConference registration website at CCDI UnConference 2026 and click on the “REGISTER NOW” button. 
  2. Enter your email address – please use an email address compatible with Zoom. If you are completing a registration for someone else, please enter their email address. 

    For CCDI Employer Partners, please follow the steps below:
  3. Select “CCDI Employer Partner Pass” as your registration type and click “CONTINUE”.
  4. Please enter the discount code for your organization in the field provided. To validate your code and move to the next step, click “CONTINUE”. Tip! To avoid copy and paste errors, type the discount code in the field manually.

    For members of the public and those who would like to take advantage of the Early bird offer: 
    Select “Public Pass” and click “CONTINUE”.
  5. Fill in the form fields with the information of the person being registered and click “CONTINUE” 
  6. If you are adding additional attendees, click “ADD ANOTHER PERSON” and repeat the steps above for each attendee. Please ensure you have entered the email addresses of additional attendees correctly. If you are not adding additional attendees, click “CONTINUE”.

If the purchase is only for complimentary passes, the registration will be complete, and a confirmation page will be displayed. If you are purchasing regular or discounted passes, you will be prompted to make a payment. After your payment is processed, your registration will be complete, and a confirmation page will be displayed. 

And you’re done!

Registrants will receive a confirmation email from events@ccdi.ca with additional details, and your virtual conference access will be sent to you separately on March 2, 2026. If you have registered multiple attendees, they will each receive the same confirmation email.

Please note the link to access the event with instructions will be emailed to you separately via Zoom March 2, 2026. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folders for all emails related to CCDI UnConference 2026.

If you did not receive your registration confirmation email in your inbox or spam/junk folders within 30 minutes of registering, please reach out to events@ccdi.ca.

While we highly recommend attending the full conference, if you are not able to attend the full conference across both days, please feel free to attend the sessions you are able to. Your ticket will allow you access into all sessions across both days so you can come and go as you please.

No, it is not necessary to register all passes at the same time. Registration for multiple passes can be completed in separate sessions (one pass at a time). You may also forward the email you received with your CCDI Employer Partner discount code to other attendees so they can register themselves.

Registration for the live event will close on Monday March 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Due to the high level of planning and our commitment to providing a smooth user experience for those who have registered for the event, we will not be accepting registrations after the deadline.

Yes, please send an email to events@ccdi.ca with your request no later than Tuesday March 3, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Include the name, email address and organization of both parties in the email.

Your receipt will be included in the registration confirmation email you receive after completing your transaction. You will also have the opportunity to download the receipt on the confirmation screen. If you have not received this receipt or require a copy, please email events@ccdi.ca. All sales are final, and registration fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may apply for errors in applying discount codes or extenuating circumstances at CCDI’s sole discretion. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to events@ccdi.ca no later than Tuesday March 3, 2026 at 12 p.m. ET. This conference will be 100% virtual.

There will be a mix of sessions with presentations in either English or French. Live simultaneous interpretation and live captioning will be available in both languages.

This is a two-day conference taking place on March 4 and 5, 2026. The conference times are 11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time on both dates.

There will be different content presented on each day of the conference.

The conference should be accessible to anyone, whether you are relatively new to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility or experienced. You may visit the event page to learn more about the sessions and featured speakers.

Our immersive and collaborative conference encourages people with an interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) as well as diversity professionals to break away from the boredom of traditional conferences with a high degree of participation – perfect for those who value learning, sharing, and networking with peers and colleagues across industries.

The Conference sessions will be recorded and can be accessed for 90 days after the event for all registrants. Recordings can only be accessed through the virtual event platform, Zoom Events, and all registrants will be notified after the event when the recordings become available.

You may identify any accessibility requirements during the registration process using the “Accessibility requirements” field or email events@ccdi.ca for assistance. 
The event will be held on Zoom Events, and instructions will be provided closer to the event date. Click here to access Zoom’s Accessibility FAQs. Live captioning and live interpretation will be available in both languages through Zoom and Wordly to ensure users can access captions through their preferred device.

You will receive an email with instructions and a guide to access the conference platform, Zoom Events, two days before the event. We recommend logging in ahead of the event to do the following:

  • Test your audio, video, and Wi-Fi connection. 
  • If you will be accessing the event while connected to your organization’s network, your access may be restricted by network security measures. Please log in ahead of time to test your access and consult with your organization’s IT support team for a resolution if necessary.  
  • For the best experience, please access the event using a desktop or laptop computer.

To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend that all attendees have access to a Zoom account and download the Zoom desktop client. The event will be held on Zoom Events, which can be accessed via the Zoom desktop client, the Zoom mobile app, or a web browser. For more information, please visit the Zoom Support page here. You will receive access to Zoom Events with instructions two days before the event.

You will be provided with instructions on how to access the platform and troubleshooting information for common technical issues two days before the event.
